My family and I recently stayed at Youngtown Inn and had a truly delightful experience. While exploring the area, we discovered more than 30 miles of hiking trails with stunning views of Camden Harbor from atop Mount Battie. It was a serene and bonding moment for us, something we thoroughly enjoyed as a family.One evening, we watched lobster boats return with the day's catch, an authentic Maine experience right at our fingertips. The peaceful "ponds" nearby were perfect for relaxing swims and serene canoeing sessions, adding a touch of tranquility to our stay.The innkeepers and staff welcomed us like long-lost relatives, making us feel right at home. The family-friendly atmosphere was just what we needed after a challenging week on the road.Although we only had a short stay due to noise from the nearby road, the warm hospitality, fantastic food, and welcoming ambiance left a lasting impression on us.
